Zaizhou Li is an MPhil student under the supervision of Sarah Franklin. Her research aims to provide a comprehensive study of surrogacy in China. The main focuses include but not limited to the current situation of surrogacy in China, its scale and form of organisation, and potential regional differences. She would also like to expand the scope to the cross-border surrogacy in East and South East Asia in the future.
Before coming to Cambridge, She obtained MSc in Gender, Development and Globalisation at London School of Economics and BA in English Language and Literature at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China.
